Engineering, Design, Procurement and Construction of:
- A wharf 450m x 50m (berth 6), concrete deck platform (prefabricated and cast on-site) supported by more than 1,000 steel pipe piles from 800mm OD to 1,200mm OD and lengths up to 65m. Installation of fenders system, bollards and STS crane rails.
- Construction of pavements and cantainer yard patios and rehabilitation of approximately 120,000 m2.
- Improvement of deep marine and on-shore soil through CSM, Jet Grouting or Rigid Inclusions, Gravel Columns and Dynamic compaction-substitution.
- Dredging of the bearthing pond, maneuvering and turning area of the vessels (-17.5m)
- On-shore infrastructure, Access Gate, Pumps station for firefighting. Warehouse for Power Generators.
- Services, potable water networks, rain water drainage, firefighting system, data management
- Demolition, controlled removal and final disposal of the existing mooring dolphin, and the old patio paving.
- 5,000m2 Cold Storage Warehous (CSW).
